Hello everyone or based off of my latest trip Kia Ora!
This serves as the first post for this blog which I will be hopefully working on for a more long term basis for sharing travel experiences. I first tried a blog back in 2011 when I went to New Zealand the first time (which can be found at http://bensteelenz.blogspot.com/ ; how I managed to get away with that simple of a domain name is beyond me and frankly it could have been reused but then all my activity on would need to be New Zealand based).
ANYWAY, this is a learning experience for me and will probably not be done too frequently for various reasons. I do intend to complete my latest New Zealand trip sooner than later because a) it's still fresh in my mind and b) there seems to be a lot of people who rather view it on a platform other than Facebook where I have shared a good amount of content already.
